About Hansa Finance International

Hansa Finance International LLP London was founded and registered in 2014. It has taken over most of activities from its predecessor company, Hansa Finance LLP. The group started in 1990 and has been working for many years from Switzerland, concentrating on Europe and the Americas, Venezuelan and Mexican oil and related industries projects.

Hansa Finance International LLP has for some years achieved an intercontinental radius with global connections, based on an independent team of international financial, business and technical experts. For around eight years, the focus has been on advice and consulting of Financial Projects and Wealth Creation.

Prof. Hardinghaus was born in Osnabrück/Germany and studied Law and Economics at the Universities of Münster/Westf., Hamburg, Munich, Paris. He achieved a Dr. (Ph.D.) Sorbonne Université de Paris and University Munich.

Until 1981 he was a Business Lawyer, Founder and Senior Partner of International Tax Consulting and Accounting Companies in the cities of Wiesbaden and Munich before moving to Geneva to take up a position in Business and Finance consultancy at the World Trade Centre Geneva.

From 1984 he has been a Professor of International Finance at the Universidad Autónoma de México, Mexico City and, since 1988 at the Institute for International Business Administration IESA and Universidad Central de Venezuela (UCV) Caracas, Venezuela.

From 1998 onwards he has been involved as a Consultant International Projects Venezuelan Oil Industry (Petroleos de Venezuela PdVSA) Caracas, as well as providing consultancy and assistance to Spanish, French, British and German entrepreneurs, companies, banks and governments. Prof. Hardinghaus has membership in various Boards of Directors (Aufsichtsräten) and has authored books and other publications on International Economics and Finance.
